We are an independent, Bible believing assembly where everyone is welcome, regardless of Race, Creed, Social Status or background. It is a place where Jesus Christ becomes our common ground and all other considerations are set aside.

The Norwich Tabernacle was founded in 1985 by Pastor Rendal Rutledge. Services at that time were held in the living room of Charles and Donna Baker, a local family. The services were moved to the Norwich Grange Hall soon after Pastor Rutledge arrived in Norwich.

God blessed the Norwich Church with talented people and gave them a vision of world outreach. In preparation for days to come the Church at Norwich has enjoyed great unity and blessings as the members have spent several years in training for all types of media ministries. All of the staff members at the Church are trained and certified in radio and TV. God has added to the number people with knowledge of Internet web building skills, we are being used of God to help millions of souls around the world to find the true and living God.

In 2000 The Church At Norwich moved into a larger facility that have named the Norwich Tabernacle. This facility is located at 207 Main Street in downtown Norwich.

Kid’s Praise Club: 10:15 AM on the first Sunday of each month.
